Dear City of Roanoke Resident,
Your response to the following survey is extremely important. The City of Raonoke's Department of Parks and Recreation is conducting a Community Survey as a part of a Master Plan Update to establish priorities for the future improvement and development of parks and recreation facilities, programs, and services within the community. Your household was one of a limited sample selected at random to recieve this survey, therefore it is very important that you participate.
We appreciate your time. We realize that this survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, but each question is important. The time you invest in completing this survey will aid the Department in taking a resident-driven approach to making decisions that will enrich the future of our communicty and positively affect the lives of its residents.
We have selected ETC Institute, an independent consulting company, as our partner to administer this survey. They will compile the data recieved and present the results to the Department. Your responses will remain confidential. The survey outcomes will be made available on the Department's website (playroanoke.com) un the "About Us" section when the Master Plan Update is posted there.
